Work phases First phase (4 weeks, 24 hours of teaching): instructors and visiting lecturers will deliver lectures introducing different subjects, offering students a broad spectrum of bibliographic resources and methodological approaches Second phase (4 weeks): students will explore select research themes and draft their research programs, through interaction with the instructors Third phase (3 weeks, 36 hours of critical seminar): students will present their research programs Last phase (3 weeks, 36 hours of individual tutorials): students will work with the instructors on the completion of their Research Reports The Report will consist of two parts: 1. the first aimed at providing a “state of the art” of the specific research theme 2. the second intended to frame the “research program” that the Degree Thesis intends to develop The Report’s final submission will consist in an oral presentation and a collective discussion Guest discussants and thesis supervisors will be invited to take part in the discussion THEMATIC RESEARCH SEMINAR: “THE GLOBAL ARCHITECT” 9/10
