Well, we’d still have great lunches and many fun activi- ties, but every week Susan makes sure that we are strong, limber and ready to conquer the world with her fun movement classes. Since the beginning of Just Older Youth, she has helped us to stretch our limits, keep our balance and strengthen ourselves in general. Even though we whine a little and complain a lot, she pushes us to move more and to enjoy do- ing it. We are very grateful for the fun and planning that she brings us every week.
