Notice is hereby given that the 39th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of The British Club will be held as follows:
Date       : Thursday, 25 November 2021
Time       : 7:30pm (Registration will commence at 7:00pm)
Venue      : The Elizabeth Suite, The British Club

RSVP is compulsory and must be sent to gmoffice@britishclub.org.sg by Thursday, 18 November 2021.

Due to the current Covid regulations and restrictions, members attending the AGM must be fully vaccinated
(proof of vaccination status to be shown at registration desk) and no refreshments will be served at the AGM.
Please consume your food and drinks at the outlets before or after the AGM.

                                           In compensation for the tress that we had to fell near
                                           the Sports Centre, we planted two Dillenia indica L and
                                           two Planchonella Obovata trees along the driveway
                                           towards the main building.

                                           Our Club President, Stephen Fulton, and Chairman of
                                           the Sustainability Committee, Rajesh Chhabara, took part
                                           in the tree planting process. The Club’s lush greenery is
                                           what makes us special, try spotting the new trees when
                                           you are on your way up!

                                                 Pool and hand towels are provided to all members when
                                                 they visit the Club to use the pool or gym.

                                                 Last month, the Club lost 300 towels which amounted to
                                                 a loss of $2,000.

                                                 We strongly appeal to all members to act responsibly
                                                 and return the towels by placing it in the laundry bins
                                                 provided.
