INTRODUCTION
Teed Up visited Canberra in November 2020 and were so impressed with the golf courses
offered by the nation’s Capital that we are hosting another tour there in May 2021. This
time we will also be playing Royal Canberra twice within the tour to make the most of this
great course.

We will be staying again at the centrally located East Hotel in Kingston which provides great
access to numerous cafes and excellent restaurants.

Thursday   DAY 1: DRIVE TO CANBERRA & GOLF AT ROYAL CANBERRA

    2021   Drive to Canberra and meet our group at Royal Canberra Golf
           Club

           Once referred to at the most beautiful course in Australia by none
           other than Gary Player, Royal Canberra will delight our golfers!
           Redesigned in 2014-2016, the course now offers players a
           fabulous round of golf with recontoured bunkers, new angles for
           approaches and short game challenges around the greens.

A contemporary, cool and vibrant hotel offering visitors to
Canberra a unique experience. Ideally situated between the
shopping and restaurant hubs of Manuka and Kingston in
Canberra’s prestigious “Inner South”, East is the ultimate location
with warm and casually attentive service and style.

After checking in, meet the group for Welcome drinks in the hotel

   Friday   DAY 2: GOLF AT YOWANI COUNTRY CLUB with Carts 9.30am
28th May
    2021    There are a number of local cafes close to the hotel for breakfast
            each morning (not included).
            An all time favourite for anyone visiting Canberra region! Yowani
            Country Club is a golfers paradise in the ACT and is regarded as one
            of Australia’s finest inland courses, reflecting over 50 years of
            careful development. The course is an excellent test for golfers of
            all abilities on gently undulating, tree lined fairways with two
            picturesque lakes, guaranteeing somethings special to every player.

Saturday   DAY 3: DAY AT LEISURE
29th May
    2021   The location of the hotel offers guests an amazing playground to
           explore on foot, bike or by car. Visit one of the latest exhibitions
           at the National Gallery, take a stroll or pushbike around the lake,
           explore some local wineries, or grab a book and a glass of wine
           and relax!

  Sunday   DAY 4: GOLF AT THE FEDERAL
30th May
    2021   One of Canberra’s premier golf courses, the 18 hole championship
           course offers pristine fairways and quality greens surrounded by
           tactically placed bunkers to challenge all levels of golfers!
           Set in beautiful bushland surrounds with grand views of the
           Brindabella Ranges make a round of golf at Federal, and special
           one! The Club has had a proud professional golfing history having
           played host to several tournaments and are keenly ready to
           welcome us back again in May!

ITINERARY
 Monday    DAY 5: GOLF at ROYAL CANBERRA with carts
31st May
    2021   Carefully and thoughtfully reimagined by the Ogilvy Clayton
           Cocking Mead architectural firm, Royal Canberra now feels less
           claustrophobic while also being less taxing from an agronomy
           perspective. The course flows across the gentle ripples of the site
           beside Lake Burley Griffin, regularly returning to various points
           beside the water. A portion of the lake is in play on the new-look
           14th hole, which features an enormously wide fairway with the
           water on the right and a smattering of bunkers to complicate the
           lines. The illusion of space can draw unsuspecting golfers into a
           false sense of security, a clever architectural trick on show several
           times at Royal Canberra.

           for the Farewell and Presentation dinner at Agostinis at East Hotel

Tuesday    DAY 6: CHECK OUT, OPTIONAL GOLF AT GOLD CREEK GOLF CLUB
1st June
   2021    CHECK OUT from the hotel and either make your way back home
           OR
           OTIONAL ROUND OF GOLF AT GOLD CREEK before heading home.

           Proudly listed in the top golf courses in the ACT, Gold Creek offers
           golfers of all levels a relaxed and challenging experience. Located
           in the Gold Creek Village & Country Club, and known for its
           relaxed and welcoming style, visitors can enjoy the range of
           facilities and the beautiful fairways and manicured greens
           throughout their 18 holes.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
A deposit of AUD$200 per person is to required at time of booking. The final payment is due by 1st April 2021. No refunds are
available after this date.

2021 you will receive 100% refund of your deposit. If your deposit was made via credit card, any applicable credit card charges
will not be included in the refunded amount.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations by the client must be in writing to Teed-Up Golf Tours and are subject to the following forfeit of cost per person:
    • If cancellation is due to any travel restrictions imposed by the NSW or ACT’s government bodies and this tour is unable
       to proceed, refunds will be issued.
    • Cancellation received after 1st April 2021: 100% of the package value lost
Teed Up reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or
circumstances beyond our control. Teed Up* is not responsible for any costs for other travel arrangements affected due to
our cancellations of rescheduling of any tour departure.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Some of the times on this itinerary may change, but we will advise you of any changes as they are known. Travel,
accommodation, transport and ticket providers (including Teed Up) change pricing and itineraries from time to time. Prior to
you booking and paying for travel in full, all prices and itineraries in our brochure are subject to change at any time. If for
some reason the price of the tour you book with us does increase from that stated in the booking form you complete and sign
then the client has the right to cancel the tour and will receive a full refund of all monies paid as long as you advise us in
writing within 14 days of being advised of the price rise.
TWIN SHARE & NON-GOLFER SINGLE PACKAGES
If you select a ”Twin Share” package you must nominate at the time of booking who you are sharing with on your booking
form otherwise you will be recorded and charged the price of a Single package. We are unable to find a twin share partner
for you. You must also nominate on your form if you require one bed (i.e. Queen or Double) or 2 separate beds. Please note
all Non-Golfers are assumed to be twin-sharing with a golfer. Non-golfer Single package can be custom priced – please contact
Teed Up.
IMPORTANT – TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is highly recommended so that you may be able to recover deposits and other payments made from the
Insurer if you need to cancel for approved reasons in the policy. AIG is our recommended travel insurer. Click here to get a

you can continue and purchase the cover within a few minutes. This policy covers golf clubs up to a value of $3000, whereas
many other policies only cover clubs to $500. If you believe that you are covered for travel insurance with your credit card,
please check with your bank. Please send through your policy number and the travel insurer’s international contact number
to Teed Up. Insurance can be taken out within 12 months of the departure date.

Teed Up is not itself a transport tour, event or accommodation provider. It acts only as an agent for those service providers.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY

and accommodation may change depending on availability but will be replaced by similar standard courses and hotel where
possible. This tour includes the services of operators other than Teed Up Golf Tours. For example accommodation providers,
