WELCOME TO CLAYTON HOTEL LIMERICK Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we wish you a pleasant stay. At Clayton Hotel Limerick, we are committed to providing you, our guest, with the highest standards of service and quality. It is our goal to ensure that your stay is an enjoyable and memorable experience. With this in mind we have prepared the information in this directory to assist you in becoming acquainted with the hotel. ACCOMMODATION SERVICES DIAL 0 Our accommodation service department will be pleased to assist you with requests for additional toiletries, towels or pillows. ADAPTORS/TRANSFORMERS DIAL 0 The standard electric current is 220 volts. 110-115 volt appliances therefore require a voltage transformer and plug adaptors may be required. Adaptors may be purchased from reception. AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING There are air conditioning and heating controls on the wall in your room. To turn the air conditioning on; hold down the fan and down arrow buttons at the same time until the arrowed square appears. Then adjust the temperature and fan accordingly. The highest temperature the heating unit will allow for your room is 23 degrees. ATM/BANKS Local banks and ATMs are within walking distance. Please ask reception for directions. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, subject to availability. There is an additional charge for late check outs, details available from reception. CHEMIST/PHARMACY A pharmacy is located within a short walk. Please ask reception for directions. CLUBVITAE All hotel guests have access to Club Vitae Leisure Centre’s facilities including the 12 metre heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gym. CLUB VITAE Opening Hours Monday to Friday; 7.00am to 9.00pm, Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays; 8.00am to 7.00pm. Children’s hours are from 9.00am to 5.00pm midweek. Weekends and holidays from 8.00am to 7.00pm. CONCIERGE DIAL 0 For assistance with airport transportation, taxis, local information, car rentals, theatre tickets and tours or indeed anything else please contact reception. CREDIT CARDS/DEBIT CARDS We accept all major credit cards including Visa, American Express & MasterCard as well as Visa Debit Cards. Due to recent legislation you are now required by law to input a PIN number, in place of a signature, if your credit/debit card has a chip. If you do not know your PIN number we cannot accept your ‘Chip & PIN’ card as a method of payment. EMERGENCY / FIRE DIAL 0 In the event of an evacuation (continuous ringing bells) follow the fire evacuation route on the back of your bedroom door, leaving the hotel by the nearest exit. The fire assembly point is located at the front of the hotel. Periodically the hotel management run a fire evacuation drill, notice of which will be displayed in the public areas. IRONING FACILITIES An iron and ironing board are provided in the room for your convenience. KEYCARDS Your keycard and it’s wallet are your passport to the hotels facilities. It is valid for the duration of your stay and is required to validate any charges you may wish to sign to your room bill. Please remember to take your keycard with you when you leave your room. LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING DIAL 0 Details of our laundry service are in your room. Laundry must be dropped to the front desk before 9.00 am Monday to Friday. We do not have any service on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS AND AMENITIES We have a stand located on the ground floor opposite lifts with information of local attractions. LUGGAGE DEPOSIT DIAL 0 We can hold guests’ luggage in storage free of charge. Please ask at reception. MEETING ROOMS DIAL 0 We have extensive meeting room facilities suitable for groups of 2 people to 240 people. For more information and bookings please contact reception and ask for the manager on duty. NEWSPAPERS Local and national newspapers are available in the lobby and are subject to availability. PARKING DIAL 0 Car parking is available in the car park beside the hotel at a discounted rate for hotel guests. The entrance and exit to which is located on James Casey Walk. RESERVATIONS For return or onwards reservations please contact our reception team who will be delighted to help. We have hotels in many different locations. Alternatively visit www.claytonhotels.com. ROOM SERVICE DIAL 0 Room service breakfast is available Monday to Friday from 6.30am until 10.00am and on weekends and bank holidays from 7.30am until 10.30am. Lunch and dinner options are available from 12noon until 9.45pm. Light snack menu is available 24 hours a day. SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX Your guest room features a safe for the storage of your valuables. SECURITY The manager on duty is available 24 hours a day. Please ensure your bedroom door is firmly locked when leaving your room. The building has 24 hour CCTV surveillance. SMOKING Smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vapes is prohibited inside the building and so incurs a fine of €200. We kindly ask that you respect the policies of the hotel and Irish law and refrain from smoking in the building. There are designated smoking areas outside the hotel.
