Steps to Ownership
It is easier than you think to profit from your own talent and hard work. Our 10 step process below takes you from the very
beginning of your research, to opening the doors to your new center. We will closely work with you through each step of
this exciting journey.
Discover GuyCo
• Start by using this website to discover why GuyCo is the right choice for you. Click here to request more information or
call Jon Guy – 317-272-2236
• Make initial contact. Once you request information, you will be contacted by one of our Franchise Representatives, who
will answer any preliminary questions you have. They will begin collecting information about you, and discuss the
GuyCo processes with you.
• Become pre-qualified. Complete our franchise application. You can complete your confidential application online.
Learn about the GuyCo model.
• Once your application is received and reviewed, you will be contacted by one of our Franchise Development
Directors. This director will hold a series of conference calls with you and send you a copy of our
Franchise information.
• Disclosure Document (FDD). We will work with you every step of the way. • Attend a GuyCo Discovery Day in Indianapolis . You will be invited to visit our corporate headquarters for a day, where you will meet members of the GuyCo Management Team and obtain final approval to become a GuyCo franchisee. • Validate. After you attend a GuyCo Discovery Day, we will answer any questions you have that you can speak with GuyCo president Jon Guy. • Sign your Franchise Agreement. When you are ready, you will request and execute a Franchise Agreement, and the franchise is yours! • Select your center site. or work from home . • Attend initial training. You will attend a full week at GuyCo Initial Training Program, where you will learn everything you need to know about running your GuyCo Operation. We will then come to your location for another week.

Jon Guy, GuyCo President, founded GuyCo in 2003. Jon has been in the building industry for over thirty one years.
GuyCo is proud to be recipients of the Angie’s List Super Service Award from 2005 through 2015.
Jon has always been very active in the building industry and was nominated for the Builders Association
of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI) Builder of the Year award in 2003. Jon Guy also carries Master Builder

Supervisor before we begin any clients project.
10. A Pre-drywall inspection is performed on the clients project before drywall is hung.
11. A Weekly Feedback Form is sent out to each client every Friday afternoon to insure
your satisfaction. All feedback is reviewed by the franchisee owners and Owner/CEO of GuyCo, Jon Guy .
12. We provide all customers with Two-year warranty on materials, and workmanship.
13. We provide clients with a Ten-year structural warranty on all structural work performed.
14. We provide clients with a 2-10 Home Warranty for project and is available upon request.
15. The Franchise Owner meets with all clients upon the completion of your project to perform
a Final Walk Through on all projects.
The Opportunity With GuyCo – Benefits ® GuyCo Franchising is offering territory ownership for new GuyCo offices in the United States. We are currently recruiting candidates for offices in Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, and Missouri. As the company adds locations it will expand further to other territories. GuyCo has a step-by-step Process for each job containing numerous quality assurance and process systems to ensure the best customer service and performance standards in the home remodeling and home construction industry. Building The Business – Potential Clients GuyCo franchises have the opportunity to work in home remodeling, home design.
