FOCUS AREAS ON ARRIVAL,
- 14 days mendentoray quarantine at government approved alternative state quarantine hotels.
We will be using the “Wai” traditional Thai greeting - Fill out a health questionnaire and temperature check on arrival at ÀNI Thailand
- Provide Negative PCR Test taken at the end of 14 days quarantine
- Join a group “Whatsapp” group to facilitate communication between the staff and all guests
- Respect distancing protocols during direct contact services
Hand sanitizers are positioned throughout the properties, - Regularly use hand sanitizers using dispensers provided around the resort
including in all back of house staff areas. Guests are requested - Report any flu-like symptoms to our management team
to sanitize their hands regularly and staff will wash/sanitize their
hands regularly after touching any surfaces
PRIOR TO DEPARTURE,
Staff use a variety of disinfecting/cleaning including disinfecting
Should testing be required for onward travel to your next destination - Testing
cleaners, hydrostatic spray and ultraviolet wands. We likewise
will cleaning all items as they arrive at the resort. prior to departure can be administered 1-2 days prior to departure at the resort
Face masks will be used by staff while directly servicing guests
within the resort. Guest are not required to wear face masks DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATES
except for during direct service activities such as spa treatments
