After breakfast we will head to the Erinvale Estate Golf Academy where your host will hold a long game instruction where you’ll understand how to get the most from your tee shots and fairway woods. You’ll need to manage your game well around all the bunkers and water, as there’s more than a fair share. After your round it’s time to relax with some post round drinks on the veranda at the club bar before taking buggies back to the hotel for a rest. After a freshen you’ll meet back at Skelligs hotel bar shortly followed by a trip to Steffani’s Place, a local restaurant overlooking the False Bay area.
Day 4 Sightseeing or Rest December After breakfast you will have the choice to stay back at the hotel and sample the relaxing atmosphere of the Spa where you can have a range of facials, massages and body treatments, including exfoliations, body wraps, manicures, pedicures and waxing. Or if you want to discover more of the South African culture and experience downtown, your host will take you for a whistle stop tour of Cape Town. You’ll get the chance to do a bit of shopping and go down to the V&A Waterfront before we stop for something to eat. For lunch you’ll visit one of Cape Towns famous steak restaurants where you chose your cut personally, have it cooked to your choosing and naturally enjoy it with a few glasses of local fine wine. Any trip to Cape Town wouldn’t be fulfilled without experiencing the breathtaking sights from the summit of Table Mountain. You’ll take the cableway up the mountain to be rewarded with stunning panoramic views across Cape Town as it rolls down to the Indian Ocean. Once back at the hotel you’ll meet up with any guests who stayed at the Spa and enjoy another beautiful meal prepared by Erinvale’s Executive Chef Stefan Bekker and his team at Seventeen07.

Before playing, your host will run a coaching instruction at the Stellenbosch Golf Club, this time aimed at long to mid iron play. After the session you will head down to the tee and take on this immaculate championship course surrounded by rolling vineyards and the majestic helderberg mountains. Once back at Fancourt you’ll have the opportunity to relax before we sit down for an evening meal in the hotel.
Day 9 Outeniqua Golf Course, Fancourt December Back for a day on the Fancourt Estate we’ll start with breakfast in the gardens before you’ll make your way across the estate for the second Fancourt round, this time on the Outeniqua Golf Course. What better place than to spend your final round on this tour before taking in the slightly wilder sights on safari. In todays golf instruction you’ll learn some of the most important lessons in course strategy and how simple changes can take shots off your game. Once you’re raring to go it’s off to the tee to see what you’ve learned. With easier game play than at the Montagu, challenges come differently and with water on 11 of 18 holes, you’ll be glad you just had a lesson on course strategy.

Expect modern classics served in a modern / game fusion influenced by this special safari location.
Day 11 Botlierskop Private Game Reserve December While staying at Botlierskop you’ll go out on three range drives throughout the day so you can get to experience the difference in wildlife and activity. Today you’ll be setting the alarm for an early morning ranger drive hoping to spot some new animals, followed by brunch back at the resort. After relaxing back at the resort you’ll have a few hours before we go back out for your last evening drive, hoping to see a flurry of activity as the sun goes down. After this final drive you’ll settle down with the group for the final meal at the resort and hopefully make some friends for life.
