Welcome to - Cassandra Manos (CMLDP Alumni 2012)
CMLDP AWARD AND
In November 2020 I received the exciting news that NCMA selected me to
COMMITTEE MEMBERS become the next CMLDP Coach. Thank you for trusting me to play a key
role in leading this award-winning program. For the last nine months I have
worked closely with Landon Hill, Debbie Fernandez and Denean Machis
and appreciate all the knowledge and experience they shared. As CMLDP
HIGHLIGHTS OF continues to evolve, I would love to hear from the Alumni Community on
ways we can continue to improve the program, areas where you’d like to
WORLD CONGRESS volunteer and anything else you’d like to discuss. Thank you for all your
passion and dedication to CMLDP and for helping our community continue
to develop future leaders.
THE CMLDP CLASS OF Thank you to - Landon Hill, (CMLDP Alumni 2013)
2021 Three years ago, NCMA decided to start having CMLDP alumni help lead
the program, including the opportunity to serve as Coach of the program.
During this time, I’ve had the privilege and honor of serving as Coach of
the CMLDP, helping make a difference in the professional journey of
others. A valuable lesson learned is that the success of this program is
CMLDP CM ARTICLES possible only because of the community of people who make it work. The
mentors, guest speakers, and alumni continue to make the cohort
AND experience meaningful. Some of the most influential members of NCMA,
PRESENTATIONS past Presidents, and past CMLDP coaches have shared their insight and
experiences to ensure that the Coach and program are progressing in the
right direction. And NCMA staff members Denean Machis and Debbie
Fernandez continue to make it all come together into this fantastic
OTHER NEWS, experience, not only for current participants, but for all those associated
NOTES, & EVENTS with the program. Thank you to all who have made and continue to help
make this program so meaningful.
