Plan Your Flights Your Dublin Arrival • All participants must arrive into Dublin on the morning of May 17 by 11:00 a.m. Meet at Terminal 2. • Afterwards all participants board a charter bus for Kylemore Abbey (4.5 hours away from Dublin). Dublin Departure • Saturday, June 27 by 12 noon. 7
Dublin Airport Arrival • All participants must arrive at Dublin airport on the morning of Sunday May 17 by 11:00 a.m. US flights will depart one day prior to arriving in Dublin the following morning. We will meet you in the Dublin Airport Arrival Terminal 2. If you fly through another European destination, you may arrive into Terminal 1 - about a 10 minute walk from Terminal 2, which is clearly sign-posted inside the terminal. • Our group will leave the airport via charter bus and head straight to Kylemore Abbey (which is about 4.5 hours away from Dublin). If you arrive earlier than Sunday May 17, you are responsible for making and paying for your own transportation and accommodation, and you must also be in the airport that morning by 10 am. • Please note that you will need to pass through immigration control, then pick up your luggage, and exit through customs. You will be met at the Meeting Point – immediately to the right once you exit customs. Notre Dame staff will be on-hand with signage directing you to our group. • In the unlikely event of lost or delayed luggage, go to the relevant desk and use the following address for delivery: Keough- Naughton Notre Dame Centre, 58 Merrion Square South, Dublin 2, 01 611 0611. It will then be forwarded to you in Kylemore. • Please carry with you (not in our checked luggage) your passport and program acceptance letter (Mike Kitz and our program team will provide you with the letter you need in April). During orientation, we will give you detailed advice on packing etc. • Unanticipated Delays: Should there be any unexpected delays or cancellations of flights, please contact us asap to inform us of the situation. Contact Robert Black at rblack3@nd.edu or +353860255661 (iMessage, GroupMe, WhatsApp all work).
