Short-term notification
& Cancellation:
If the notification and acceptance of the proposal for the planned flight
happens
- less than 2 weeks before the flight, we charge an ad-hoc allowance of 15 %
of the invoice on top.
- less than 2 days before the flight, we charge an ad-hoc allowance of 25 %
of the invoice on top.
For delays longer than 2 hours we charge 15 %
of the invoice on top.
For cancellations of confirmed flights less than 2 days before estimated
time we charge on top a cancellation fee of 500,00 €
