On reception of your completed dossier, your registration will be confirmed by e- mail. You will receive confirmation of your table number before August 30th 2021. Rendez-Vous de Septembre MONTE-CARLO 11-16 SEPT. 2021 General Conditions of Sale Reservation Application for reservation of table should be made by sending a completed Art. 8 : The table plan shall be drawn up by the RVS Association which shall order form to: allocate spaces in the order of reception of applications, taking into account URIEL EVENTS preferences expressed by clients and, as a priority, taking into account the Rendez-Vous de Septembre – Table reservation space occupied during previous editions of the event. Art. 11 : Clients must restrict themselves to the allocated table space and not store items outside the limits indicated by the Fairmont Monte- Carlo. Art. 12 : Clients shall comply with instructions given by the Fairmont Monte-Carlo espacially in case of bad weather conditions. On reception of the order form and down-payment, URIEL EVENTS will con- firm your reservation. Art. 6 : If payment for tables has not been made in full by the opening of the RVS on 11 September 2021 the RVS Association reserves the right to dispose of the space and shall be under no obligation to repay sums already received. If cancellation occurs after 1st August 2020 all sums due are payable and shall be retained by way of compensation for breach of contract. Art. 7 : The client shall accept the allocated spaces in the condition in which they find them and shall leave them in the same condition, and shall be liable directly to Uriel Events for payment for any damage resulting from their installation or decoration. 8
