The Law governing the project review during tender period (LUF Ch 1 § 24) The purchasing unit shall treat all suppliers in an equal an non- discriminating way, as well as executing the procurement in an open and transparent way. • The same identical presentation is shown to all invited tenderers. • The only questions that will be answered are: – Questions for which the answer can be read straight from the tender documents – General questions about the project – General questions about procurement law/LUF • Questions & answers will be sent out to all invited tenderers. • This presentation will be published on the project website. The presentation will not be part of the tender documents. 3

What • Expansion from two to four tracks, 11 kilometres Lund-Flackarp 3 km + Flackarp-Arlöv 8 km • Rebuilding of three stations in Hjärup, Åkarp and Arlöv. New station, Klostergården (Lund) • Total budget approx. Total budget 520 M EUR Flackarp-Arlöv 400 M EUR Lund-Flackarp 120 M EUR (at 2015 price levels) 7
