The Law governing the project review during tender period
(LUF Ch 1 § 24)
The purchasing unit shall treat all suppliers in an equal an non-
discriminating way, as well as executing the procurement in an open and
transparent way.
• The same identical presentation is shown to all invited tenderers.
• The only questions that will be answered are:
– Questions for which the answer can be read straight from the tender
documents
– General questions about the project
– General questions about procurement law/LUF
• Questions & answers will be sent out to all invited tenderers.
• This presentation will be published on the project website.
The presentation will not be part of the tender documents.
