SYNERGY 2K21 GENERAL GUIDELINES

  NO REGISTRATION FEE.
  ATTRACTIVE PRIZE FOR WINNERS.
  BEST PERFORMER AWARD TO A BOY AND A GIRL
   PARTICIPANT.
  INDIVIDUAL MUST PARTICIPATE ONLY THREE EVENTS.
  CERTIFICATES WILL BE ISSUED AS HARD COPY TO ALL THE
   PARTICIPANTS.
  PARTICIPANTS SHOULD DOWN LOAD THE GOOGLE MEET
   APP TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ONLINE EVENTS.
  ALL EVENTS SHOULD REGISTER THROUGH GOOGLE FORMS.
  NO RESTRICTION IN THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS FROM
   A SAME SCHOOL.
  PARTICIPANTS SHOULD USE THEIR OWN MATERIALS FOR
   THE RESPECTIVE COMPETITIONS.
  JUDGES DECISION CONSIDERED AS FINAL AND BINDING ON
   ALL.
  FOR ONLINE EVENT, GOOGLE MEET LINK WILL BE SEND TO
   PARTICIPANT REGISTERED MAIL ID.
  FOR OFFLINE EVENT, UPLOAD THE EVENT VIDEO AND A
   PHOTO AS REQUIRED IN THE GOOGLE FORM.
  START PREPARING NOW ITSELF FOR OFFLINE EVENTS AND
   BE READY TO UPLOAD YOUR EVENT FILE ON 21.01.2021
   BEFORE 5.00 PM.
  SHOULD HAVE GOOD INTERNET CONNECTIVITY
   THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

SYNERGY 2K21 EVENT GUIDELINES
DAY ONE (21.01.2020) – ONLINE

MEHANDI

      Time : 10.00 am
      Duration: 1 hour
      Theme: Bridal (or) Arabic
      Can use a Model to put Mahanadi.
      Mahanadi must apply on both hands till elbow.
      Unmute your video while performing.
      Prize will be awarded only to the Designer and not to the Model.

BEST STORY TELLER (only for 8th, 9th and 10th students)

      Time : 11.00 am
      Duration: 3 minutes
      Story can be narrated in Tamil or English with Moral.
      Unmute your audio and video while performing.
      The voice clarity should be clear.

QUIZ (only for 11th and 12th students)

      Time : 11.00 am
      Duration: 30 min
      Topics: Current affairs, General knowledge, Sports, Aptitude, Logical Reasoning etc.
      Preliminary Round will be conducted through Google form.
      Selected finalist will be announced through respective mail id.
      Finals will be conducted through Google Meet Link.

FACE PAINTING

      Time : 12.00 noon
      Duration: 1 hour
      Theme : Say No to Suicide
      Can use a Model to do painting.
      Unmute your video while performing.
      Prize will be awarded only to the Designer and not to the Model.

VOCAL (SOLO SINGING)

      Time : 2.00 pm
      Duration: 3 minutes
      Folk songs, Traditional songs, devotional songs, cine songs etc.
      Song Selection must be conscious.
      Unmute your audio and video while singing.
      The voice clarity and video clarity should be needed.

PENCIL DRAWING

      Time: 12.00 noon
      Duration: 1 hour
      Size: A4 paper size
      Theme: Festival
      Use chart or paper to draw.
      Only pencil artwork will be accepted.
      Unmute your video while drawing.

60 SECS TO FAME

      Time : 11.00 am
      Duration: 1 minute
      Any kind of individual talent can be show.
      Unmute your audio and video while performing.

DAY ONE (21.01.2021) – OFFLINE

RANGOLI

      Theme: Save Nature
      Participants put Rangoli only on floor.
      The photo clarity and video clarity should be good.
      Google Form link will send to respective mail id
      2 minutes Video and 1 Selfie / Photo with Rangoli should be uploaded in the Google form link.

PEN A POEM

      Topic: Galaxy
      Write a poem in A4 size paper either Tamil or English.
      Google form link will send to mail id.
      Poem Image file and a Selfie /Photo with poem should be uploaded in the Google form link.

SELFIE-CONTEST

      Take a selfie with Nature / Pet / Architecture / Monuments / Sculptures in the background.
      Google form link will send to mail id to upload your photo.
      Selected participants will be informed through mail and you should Tag Sankara Insta Page for
       Voting.
      Winners will be awarded based on highest voting.
      The photo clarity should be good.

POSTER DESIGN

      Theme: Unlock COVID 19
      Can use mobile applications to design.
      Google form link will send to the concern mail id to upload your Poster design.
      Selected participants will be informed through mail and you should Tag Sankara Insta Page for
       Voting.
      Winners will be awarded based on highest voting.
      The photo clarity should be good.

MIMICRY

      Duration: 3 minutes
      Audio and video should be in good quality.
      Google form link will send to the concern mail id to upload your video.
      Voice and Video clarity should be good.

LOGO DESIGN

      Theme: SANSAC
      Size: A4 paper size
      Use chart or paper to draw and take a photo.
      Image file and a Selfie / Photo with Logo Design should be uploaded in the Google form link.

DAY TWO (22.01.2021) - ONLINE

HAIR GROOMING

      Time: 10.00 am
      Duration: 1 hour
      Can use a Model to do hair style.
      Unmute your video while performing.
      Prize will be awarded only to the Designer and not to the Model

NAIL ART

      Time: 11.00 am
      Duration: 1 hour
      Can use a Model to do nail art.
      Unmute your video while performing.
      Prize will be awarded only to the Designer and not to the Model

ELOCUTION

      Time: 11.00 am
      Duration: 3 minutes
      Topic: Women Empowerment / Economic Impact Crisis - COVID 19
      Participant may speak in Tamil or English.
      Unmute your audio and video while speaking.

SUPER STUDENT

      Time: 12.00 noon
      10 questions will be ask to test your IQ level with different topics.
      Unmute your audio and video while performing.

CONNECTIONS

      Time: 12.00 noon
      Duration: 30 min
      Preliminary round will be conducted through Google form
      Selected finalist will be announced through respective mail.id
      Finals will be conduct through Google Meet Link.

BEST FROM WASTE

      Time: 2.00 pm
      Duration: 1 hour
      Participants are not allowed to display the pre-prepared items.
      Unmute your video while preparing.
      Last 5 minutes can be used to explain the usefulness of the items prepared.

SOLO DANCE

      Time: 2.00 pm
      Duration: 3 Minutes
      Songs and performance must be well-mannered.
      Participants can also use properties to perform.
      Choose the correct location and fix your video.
      Unmute your audio and video while dancing.
