Sacred Heart Thrift Store - Volunteers Needed
Do you feel something is missing despite God’s blessings? Perhaps He is calling you to help others by
volunteering at our Sacred Heart Thrift Store.
Most of our volunteers are from a high-risk population, yet from the store’s proceeds, we were able to
assist the highest number of needy families ever at Christmas in 2020. Unfortunately, our 20-21 Easter
programs were canceled due to limited resources.
With vaccines available and restrictions lifting, we anticipate re-opening in July. However, some
volunteers are unable to return, leaving the store short-handed. If you have a desire to help those less
fortunate in San Benito County, please consider volunteering a minimum of 3 hours per week during the
morning hours. We especially need bilingual volunteers.
Hours are flexible and the rewards are eternal.
Please consider volunteering at least 3 hours per week and call Marcella @ 831-637-7998.

Communion called Family Formation. At the root of this change is a fuller understanding of the Church’s call
for parents to be the primary educators of their children in Faith and the parish’s role to support families in this
mission.
