Stepping Up employer commitment The employer commitment to sponsoring a participant will be set out in the Stepping Up Learning Contract. The development ask is to release the participant for 30 development days throughout the 12 Everyone is different - that’s months of the programme. Bursaries will be available for not- for-profit organisations, or for participants who are self-employed, or self-funding.
