DIEAR UPDATE
Staff Tide hosted its last educational conversation this month on Supporting Transgender
Student-Athletes facilitated by Scott Burden and Ariel Torres from the Pride Center. We
had 26 staff members participate in the discussion. CLICK HERE for the slides from the
                                       conversation!

Overall, our participation numbers were up this semester and we are excited about the
commitment people have made to learning and growing, while leading our teams and staff.

We are also looking as a group on how we can grow and offer better opportunities for
more staff to get engaged and learn even more.
Please take 5 minutes to fill out our quick survey to help us be ready for the fall semester:

PROUDEST MOMENT SO FAR AT LEHIGH: I would say, just watching my programs grow. From an
athletics standpoint and also a social media growth standpoint. The growth there has been
great to see for example Baseball going from 800 to over 4000 followers on Instagram in just a

front of 1,700 people at Ulrich and the Women’s Basketball Patriot League Championship last
year were both awesome as well.

high school's chorus, but the only singing that takes place these days is in the shower.
FAVE NEW EXPERIENCE (PODCAST, VACATION, FOOD RECIPE): Right now, I am watching "This
Is Us." I love that show and there are only four episodes left of the series. My wife and I are
