Align your organisation with a sector renowned for putting people and the planet ahead of profit. Between 12-15 November 2019, the thriving city of Auckland (New Zealand) will play host to the largest international gathering of cooperative and mutual insurers - the ICMIF Biennial Conference. Every two years, ICMIF hosts this multilingual, global conference attracting C-suite delegates from the world’s leading mutual and cooperative insurers and from other partner organisations. ICMIF has 214 members across 67 countries and the Biennial Conference is one of the key focal points of its activity. Our 2017 Conference in London attracted 360 delegates, representing more than 140 member organisations from 39 countries. This gathering represents by far the largest international gathering of cooperative and mutual insurers at any such event. The Conference aims to stimulate original ideas amongst our members; offer clear insights into the trends that are shaping our industry’s future; and to shine a light on the powerful role the mutual and cooperative insurance sector can play in protecting lives and livelihoods. The 2017 event also saw the introduction of the ICMIF Young Leaders Programme, attended by 55 employees from 31 member companies in 16 countries. The concept was hugely successful, affording future leaders the opportunity to network with CEOs, senior executives, industry leaders and key external influencers from around the world. Receiving excellent feedback from young and senior leaders alike the programme will once again be held at the 2019 Conference in Auckland. We have a range of great value sponsorship opportunities for carefully selected partner organisations that wish to support the Conference, and enjoy the benefits of exposure to the leaders of the mutual and cooperative insurance sector.
