21st Annual Conference in historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina.

To guarantee maximum exposure and traffic, we have designed the
conference to have the exhibit hall as a focal point of our event. Every day
begins with a networking breakfast in the exhibit hall and continues
throughout the day with refreshment breaks and dedicated time for
attendees to visit with your booths.

In this packet, we have included all of the information you will need during
the conference. However, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any

Conference Location

Hyatt Place Charleston is in the heart of Charleston's Upper King Historic
District. The meeting space in the connected Sterling Hall offers elegant space
with floor to ceiling windows.

The Hyatt Place is central to the rapidly growing upper peninsula on King Street
between the Restaurant District and Museum Row. Conference attendees will
find new dining and shopping venues as well as old favorites all with within
walking distance. Charleston was named the he number small city by Condé
Nast Traveler readers in 2018, and the number 1 city in the US and the number 2
city in the world according to Travel and Leisure Magazine readers in 2017. There
is something for everyone here including tours of the historic battery homes, civil
and revolutionary war history, harbor tours, golf, beaches, markets, museums,

Meeting & Exhibit Space

SCCIA Educational Sessions & Exhibit Hall will be located in Sterling
                   Hall, directly next to Hyatt.

The exhibit hall will open Wednesday, September 22 at 7:00 am and close
Thursday, September 23 at 12:00 pm. You may set up on Tuesday afternoon
between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. All exhibitors are invited to the Tuesday and
Wednesday Night Welcome Receptions. Wednesday and Thursday breakfasts
and breaks will be held in the Exhibit Hall to ensure maximum exposure to at-
tendees.
Exhibitors may begin load-out at 11:00 am on Thursday. You will have until 2:30
pm on Thursday to remove all exhibit booth items from the hall. Please note that
neither SCCIA nor Hyatt will be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

*All exhibit booths will be assigned by SCCIA. Booth assignments will be sent
out prior to the conference.
** Please note: Only two (2) attendee registrations are included in the exhibitor
fees.
