DPCC PIRATES 2021 DUAL MEET VS STAS RECAP Issue #2 21121 DPCC Pirates 2021 Dual Meet vs STAS Recap DPCC PIRATES 2021 DUAL MEET VS STAS RECAP VIRTUAL CHAMPIONSHIPS MEET 1 2021 Dual Meet vs STAS Pre-Meet A 1pm meet start meant we were able to arrive and warm-up much later than we typically can for a regular meet. February 18, 2020 Senior warmed up at 11:30am, Pre- / Senior at 12:00pm and the Junior Pirates at 12:30pm. Christopher, Logan, Brett, Dolan, Akim, Cooper, Anton, Brennan, Mackenzie, Madison, Ximena and Teagan all swam best times as well. Way to go Pirates!!! Bradley, Logan, Brett, Christopher, Lilla, Jamie, Lily, Madison and Ava all swam huge personal bests in the 50 Back as well. Lexie was next in a 1v1 dual in the pool – she dropped over 3 seconds in the 200 Back amidst a raucous crowd! DPCC PIRATES 2021 DUAL MEET VS STAS RECAP 4 had the single biggest drop by cutting swimmers in the entire Sierra Nevada off 70 seconds from her Thanksgiving LSC which covers a vast amount of swim! Ellie dropped 35 seconds, and space as shown below. Jordan was 2 seconds below his Thanksgiving performance. Post-Meet Overall it was a FANTASTIC meet for the Pirates! We obliterated times left and right, and we did it with a hard week of training coming into it. And, for context, when I mention the LSC I Qualifying for Western Zones means am referring to Sierra Nevada you are eligible for an All-Star meet Swimming. There are 59 Local Swim representing all the blue areas above. Committees (LSC’s) that make up the To place is not just an accomplishment United States.
