in this program by serving as a pass-through organization to reimburse nursing
facilities for purchases made in accordance with approved CMS applications.
We proudly accepted this unique opportunity as it aligns with our mission of
supporting person-centered care. Nursing facility residents and their family
members, along with staff members, were able to share a virtual experience
that had a direct positive impact on their daily lives.
This year's Summit will provide useful information that continues to focus on
person-centered care while moving "Beyond 2020" with "A Vision For The
Future" post COVID-19.
Please know that all precautions and procedures for social distancing will be
followed. Additionally, in the event we are prohibited from holding our Summit
at Paragon Casino, we are preparing for a virtual alternative.

The Continuing Nursing Professional Development (CNPD) contact hours are provided by Our Lady of the Lake. Our Lady of the
Lake is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Louisiana State Nurses Association, an accredited approver
by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITIES
Entertainment Sponsor - $500
Following the Wednesday Networking Reception and Dinner Break, Summit attendees, speakers,
sponsors, and exhibitors, are invited to attend a Festive Social. The party starts at 8:00 pm. Be sure
to wear your dancing shoes. Relax with your favorite libations from the cash bar while listening to
some great music. The Entertainment Sponsor is recognized with signage and table top cards.
Take a Break Sponsor - $300
During the Summit, Sponsors have the opportunity to support non-educational activities, such as
refreshments breaks. "Take a Break Sponsors" will be recognized by signage at the break stations.
Game Sponsor - $550
During all breaks between sessions, there will be lots of interactive Attendee/Exhibitor
games such as scavenger hunts or bingo. Game boards will be issued at the beginning
of the Summit and will remain with attendees until the end of the Summit. The Game
Sponsor will have their logo printed on the game boards that will be looked at many
times during the event.
Lanyard Sponsor - $600
All Summit participants will be provided with name badges and lanyards in their
registration kits, which they will wear for the duration of the Summit. The Lanyard
Sponsor will have their logo printed on the lanyards.

DETAILED SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Sponsor and Exhibitor Responsibilities
Liability and Insurance. LEADER does not guarantee against loss or damage of any kind. The exhibitor shall understand that neither LEADER nor Paragon
Casino Resort are required to maintain insurance covering exhibitor's property. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Any
claims against any party other than LEADER are to be submitted directly to the party involved.
Protection of Trade Show Facility. Exhibitors are liable for damage to the property: no material or matter of any kind shall be posted, tacked, nailed,
screwed or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors, or other parts of the building and furnishings. Whatever may be necessary to protect the building,
equipment, or furniture will be installed at the exhibitor's expense. Painting in the space is prohibited. The cost of repairing any damage to the facility
caused by the exhibitor, its employees, representatives, or agents are billed and paid by the exhibitor.
Privacy Policy. LEADER shares the contact information of attendees before and after the Summit as a benefit to exhibitors. By signing the
Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Form, exhibitors acknowledge that the use of attendee contact information unrelated to the promotion of products and
services featured at the March 17-18, 2021 Summit, or the distribution of this information to a third part is strictly prohibited.
Shipping of Materials
Exhibitor personnel are responsible for making their own shipping arrangements.
Goods shipped to the Exhibit Hall must arrive between Saturday, March 13 and Tuesday,
March 16, 2021.
