AN INVITATION TO EXHIBITORS & SPONSORS On behalf of the Florida Cemetery, Cremation & Funeral Association, it is my pleasure to invite your company to participate in the 2021 FCCFA Annual Convention & Trade Show. The convention will take place July 15 - 17 at the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, Florida. The theme for the 2021 Convention is “Charting the Course” and that has never been more relevant than now. This year our convention will be held in the historic Boca Raton Resort & Club where we will focus on the importance of “charting a course” for improving service to families through our funeral homes and cemeteries and related partners. The relationships we have with you, our vendors and suppliers, are paramount components of the success in all of our businesses. I encourage you to participate in the FCCFA convention. The FCCFA Convention is unique in design. The trade show, general sessions, as well as other activities will all take place in one location in the trade show hall. Only authorized personnel will have access to the exhibit area during non-show hours. The hotel management and FCCFA will take all reasonable precautions to avoid the loss of exhibitor’s property by theft or fire, but under no circumstances shall the hotel management or FCCFA be responsible for such losses. It is recommended that exhibitors cover their property with suitable insurance. Children are allowed in the exhibit areas, but please take the necessary precautions for their safety as well as for your display. NOTE: All booths and table top displays will be assigned on a first- come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment in full. An exhibitor kit with order forms, deadlines and additional information will be emailed to each confirmed exhibitor. Additional exhibitor name badges may be purchased once you receive your exhibitor confirmation and information. 2021 VICKI USELTON MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT Thursday, July 17, 2021 | 1:00 – 5:00 pm Boca Raton Resort & Club Golf Course The FCCFA and the Boca Raton Resort and Club are working diligently to plan for a safe experience for all FCCFA Annual Convention & Trade Show attendees in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. From interaction with event attendees, to enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures and better utilization of meeting space and events for social distancing, the FCCFA will revise our processes to support the safety of everyone attending the 2021 Annual Convention & Trade Show. Prior to the meeting, FCCFA staff will share all event and hotel safety plans with attendees so everyone will know what is expected prior to arrival. We are looking forward to a great event!
