2019 CHAMPIONSHIP CENTRAL AT UCO: ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION Access to Locker Rooms and Access to Field for Warm-up Friday, Dec 6 5:30 pm ticket booth and gate open, access to field for warm up (6A II) Saturday, Dec 7 9:30 am ticket booth and gate open, access to field for warm up (3A) Post-Game Celebration and Trophy Presentation UCO will allow fans to enter the playing field area at the CONCLUSION of the post-game trophy presentation. No fans will have field access until the trophy presentations are completed. Fans will have a designated time to celebrate with the team. We will use the scoreboard clock to countdown the length of celebration time. The amount of time for celebration will be based on the need to clear and clean the stadium for the next contest. Please have administrators on the field to assist with ushering fans and team members from the field in a timely manner based on the time remaining on the scoreboard clock. Signs, Spirit Lines and Noisemakers Signs and banners with appropriate language may be displayed on your side of the field. A run-through sign is permitted for team entry. Inflatable entries are permitted. Spirit lines for team entry to the field can only be cheerleaders in uniform. Noisemakers are permitted at all OSSAA outside events unless the lead officials deem the noise to conflict with play on the field. Possible Start Time Delays/Gate Open Delays Kickoff times are set for 1 pm and 7 pm on December 6 and 11 am, 330 pm and 8 pm on December 7. Ticket booths/gates opening are set for 90 minutes prior to the scheduled kickoff. In the event that a previous game would run long, pushback of gate openings and possible adjusted kickoff time could occur in order to allow sufficient time to clear and clean the stadium for the next game. I will be in direct contact with each of you should this be needed for your game. Gate opening delays and kickoff delays would be announced over the PA on-site, immediately posted on the home page of the OSSAA website and would also be immediately tweeted out via our OSSAA Twitter account. Inclement Weather and Emergency Action Plan In the event of inclement weather that could cause delays, the OSSAA Staff and OSSAA Athletic Trainers will communicate with the teams directly to give instructions on where to take the teams. An Emergency Action Plan is contained below in this information packet. Designated Student Section The student section is designated as the section adjacent to your band’s assigned seating area.
