7 July 2019 The Conegliano and Valdobbiadene Prosecco hills are officially recognised UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is from these hills that come the precious grapes with which we produce the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Dal Din.
The British newspaper THE GUARDIAN mentions Spumanti Dal Din in an article dedicated to the 10 top tips for visiting the territory of Treviso. Dal Din is mentioned as a winery to visit in the area of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. , where you can book guided tours and taste the excellence of the territory, which is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

EXTRA BRUT
Defined by experts as the maximum of the real Valdobbiadene Superiore D.O.C.G. It comes
from the hillside with the best exposure to sunshine in the Cru area of Valdobbiadene. It is an
extremely dry sparkling wine, with an intense character. It is sapid but creamy and round as
well, fruity and well-balanced. Serve at 7°C. RY is part of the family selection, dedicated to
the passionate producer Riccardo and to the young Ricky.

MILLESIMATO BRUT
This vintage wine is a "long charmat ", produced with selected grapes of the Valdobbiadene
hills. The 90-days second fermentation makes it creamy, fresh with floral crusty bread and
and yeast nuances. On the palate, it is dry, well-balanced and aromatic. It is excellent as
aperitif, pairing with savory croutons, enhances and divinely accompanies a delicate fish
menu. TRE DAME is part of the family selection, dedicated to the three "wine Women" : Lena
- Norma - Alessandra.

Produced from the first pressing, called flower, of selected grapes from THE HEART of the
Valdobbiadene hills. Sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage, almost creamy and
with fruity and floral aromas. On the palate, it is soft, creamy and well-balanced in its intence
notes. Suitable for an aperitif and perfect with shellfish and light dry sweets.

VINO SPUMANTE
Lenà Rosè is not just a simple sparkling wine. It is a FAMILY SELECTION. A BRUT
obtained from PINOT NOIR grapes and from a slow fermentation. It is considered a feather
in the cap of our production. The bouquet is elegant with notes of wild berries and yeasts.
Dry, harmonic, lasting and sapid in the mouth. The name Lenà is a tribute to the founding
grandmother of Daldin Spumanti.

Produced with Glera grapes from Vidor, the so called D.O.C. Treviso area. Sparkling wine
with very fine and persistent perlage, with green apple and citrus scents. On the palate, it is
dry and harmonic. It is perfect as an aperitif. Ideal with fish, it goes well with hors d'oeuvers
and throughout the meal, as used in the production area.

occasions.
