Saint-Émilion During this tour, immerse yourself in the ancient pilgrimage
site! From the legend of Emilion to the digging of the largest
underground church in Europe, your guide will also take you to
the catacombs, not to mention the Chapelle de la Trinité and its
superb 14th century paintings.

11:30 am - Visit of the flour mill
Listed as a Historical Monument, the Porchères mill is one of
the most remakable flour mills in Aquitaine. From the 1930s,
the 4-storey building is both imposing and majestic. During the
visit, discover the machines needed to transform wheat into
flour, the incredible ingenuity of the system where the wheat
grain travels to be sorted out, washed, brushed, crushed, sieved
and finally transformed into flour.
