Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi.
You will be met by a WildTrek Safaris representative after clearing with immigration formalities. Drive to
Samburu Game Reserve. Arrive for lunch at your lodge/camp.
Samburu National Reserve, The tranquil Uaso Nyiro River, flowing through Shaba and Samburu, attract a wide
number of rare wildlife and provides a natural habitat for crocodile. Long necked gerenuk, Gravy’s zebra and
reticulated giraffe are species not found in the less arid areas to the south. Elephant seek solace and
contentment in the shallow waters of this wide sauntering river, fringed with acacia, doum palms and
tamarind, which together with Buffalo Springs; support a large variety of African mammals, cheetah and
leopard being particularly well represented.
The Reserve has its own indigenous wildlife unique to the region including the gerenuk, Somali ostrich and
the endangered grey’s zebra. Enjoy an afternoon game drive returning to the lodge at sunset.

DAY 12: 26-05-2019 - SAMBURU
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in Samburu Game Reserve.

DAY 13: 27-05-2019 – SAMBURU - MT. KENYA
After breakfast, drive to the Fairmont Mt Kenya Safari Club to arrive in time for lunch.
By the foothills of Mount Kenya, this luxury hotel has an outdoor heated pool set in 100 acres of landscaped
gardens. The 9-hole golf course, bedrooms and a bar all cross the Equator.

DAY 14: 28-05-2019 - MT. KENYA - LAKE NAKURU
After breakfast drive to Lake Nakuru where you will arrive in time for lunch. Lake Nakuru is among Kenya's
finest national parks. Flanked by rocky escarpments, pockets of acacia forest and at least one waterfall,
thepark is gorgeous year-round and is home to both black and white rhinos, lions, leopards, hippos and
endangered Rothschild giraffes.

DAY 15: 29-05-2019 - LAKE NAKURU - MASAI MARA
Breakfast will be served at the Lodge. After breakfast, drive to Masai Mara Game Reserve. Arrive at your lodge
in time for lunch and check in at the camp. In the afternoon, enjoy an enthralling game-viewing drive (1600-
1800Hrs). Spotting lions, cheetahs and other spectacular predators is the highlight of your day. This evening,
enjoy a sumptuous dinner at your lodge

DAY 16: 30-05-2019 - MASAI MARA
After breakfast, proceed on a full-day game-viewing drive (0700-1530Hrs) with picnic Lunch to search for the
myriad species of game that make this reserve their home. If you are lucky, you can witness the kill in action,
moment by moment, right in front of your unbelieving eyes! You can expect to see the famous 'Big 5'. In the
evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at your lodge

IMPORTANT NOTE
The above rates are valid as per the dates / no. of guests mentioned and are subject to change without prior

We assume that all the guests will arrive and depart together. Any changes, thereof, will call for price changes.
Above is just a quote and we are presently not holding rooms or services for you. Hotels and other services
are subject to availability at the time of actual booking.
Above prices might include the Forex Component. The Forex Rates might change basis the market conditions
and may affect the overall pricing, which will be communicated to you from time to time.
BOOKING PROCESS
To accept your booking, you will have send us a Confirmation Email replying to the final proposal.
On receipt of your confirmation email, we will send you the Booking Milestones giving various timelines.
We request you to process the payments as per the Booking Milestones.
On receipt of your advance payments, we will initiate the bookings for flights, hotel and other services.
Incase, any of the services are unavailable, we will provide you with alternate options.
PAYMENT POLICY
Air Fare: 100% Advance
Land Package: Non Refundable Interest Free Booking Deposit @ 25% or INR 20000.00 whichever is higher,
next installment of 50% within 10 Days from the booking date, last installment 25 Days before the departure
date.
However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at
the time of booking.
Strictly, all the payments to be cleared before the departure dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Calculation is based on the no. of days before the Departure Date:
More than 30 Days: The Booking Deposit will be forfeited.
29-15 Days: 25% of the booking amount.
14-07 Days: 50% of the booking amount.
07-00 Days: 100% of the booking amount (will be treated as No Show).

We choose not to build this charge into our prices, as the majority of our guests pay by Cash, Cheque, NEFT,
RTGS and we believe that it would be unfair to indirectly charge them a levy.
