ENTRY CLOSING DATES Stud Sheep 13th September 2019 Fleece 7th October 2019 Prime Lamb 4th October 2019 HOW TO ENTER Please ensure that you have read this schedule thoroughly including the Rules and Regulations, Conditions of Entry, Closing Dates and Definitions. Carefully select the classes in which you would like to enter. Please contact Administration if you are unsure of definitions. Each Exhibitor must have their own entry form. 1. ONLINE ENTRIES Enter online via www.royalgeelongshow.org.au and follow the links. It is secure, quick and easy. If you are entering online you are agreeing to the terms & conditions and the entry is accepted as signed. 2. MANUAL ENTRIES Each Exhibitor must have their own entry form, manual entry forms must be signed by the Exhibitor. A Sheep Health Statement and a current copy of a Brucellosis Certificate must be included with your entry. Incomplete entry forms will not be processed. 3. ENTRY FEES You must include payment for your entries in full at the time of entry. Don’t forget to include any additional requirements on your entry form. Entry fees member $15, non member $18 (unless otherwise stated), scan fee $5, fleece $5, lambswool $5 4. PASSES Stud Sheep, Prime Lamb and Fleece individual entries that exceed $25 will receive 1 complimentary day pass. All Exhibitors will receive a Stock Vehicle Pass to enter the Showgrounds which allows the driver to enter free of charge. 5. CLOSING DATES Entries strictly close on the advertised closing dates. Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances. 6. ENTRY CONFIRMATION & PASSES Entry confirmation will allow entry to the Showgrounds with Exhibits. STUD SHEEP REGULATIONS GENERAL ENTRY INFORMATION 13. All sheep must be owned or bred by the exhibitor. HEALTH REGULATIONS 14. Power boards must be fitted with current overload protection. 75. Beverages/Food brought onto the Showgrounds in glass containers is strictly forbidden. 76. Radiant electric or gas heaters are prohibited. 77. Light sockets must not be used for any other purpose than for lighting. 78. No naked flames are permitted. 79. Firefighting and other Emergency Equipment must not be removed or used for any other purpose.
