SPRING SEMESTER ACTION PLAN A new goal will be set to recruit 5 new senators to the standing body. Recruitment options will be done via biweekly SGA outreach campaigns in which senators will be required to attend at least twice. Representatives will also be required to attend an RECRUITMENT outreach campaign once per a semester. The campaigns will be COMMITTEE responsible for promoting recruitment, providing informational resources, collecting suggestions/feedback, and handing out a newsletter. The PR Director and PR committee will be responsible for producing a biweekly newsletter to be released to the students. PR COMMITTEE The newsletter will include information on the accomplishments and proceedings of both house represented organizations and the SGA body itself. The PR Director will be held responsible for creating and releasing a calendar of SGA sponsored events. The PR Director PR DIRECTOR will also be responsible for re-establishing a social media presence that accurately reflects the activities of the Student Government. The bylaws committee will be responsible for collecting and evaluating information regarding current eligibility of all SGA BYLAWS members. This will include attendance and academic COMMITTEE performance through the last semester. New members will be held accountable as usual per bylaws. The president will enforce roll call at the beginning of each meeting. The president will be held accountable for planning and executing at least two scholarly events by the end of the PRESIDENT semester. The president shall hold monthly presidential roundtables to discuss university matters and potential leadership options. The president will be responsible for bringing the SGA suggestion box to each meeting in the event a student would like to make an anonymous suggestion. The beautification committee will be held accountable for at least two beautification events and will work in association BEAUTIFCATION with the PR Director to establish some form of branding for COMMITTEE the Student Government Association. This will include providing T-Shirts, banners, or logos as deemed necessary. Bring a representative from athletics into the student body to ATHLETIC provide information and updates between the department and REPRESENTATION the Senate.
