Auction information AUCTION DOCUMENTS The auction contracts, answers to preliminary enquiries and local search will be available from the agents’ office for inspection during the two weeks prior to the auction or otherwise by arrangements with the vendor’s solicitors. The contracts of sale will be available for inspection at the vendor’s solicitors, in the two weeks prior to the auction. Auction packs will be available from the vendor’s solicitors. The contracts will not be read at the auction. Intending purchasers will be presumed to have full knowledge of the properties and the contracts. Please Note: Search fees paid by the vendor’s solicitors in putting together the auction documents will be payable by the eventual purchaser over and above the purchase price for the property. GUIDE PRICES AND RESERVES Where a guide price (or range of prices) is given, that guide is the minimum price at which, or range or prices within which, the seller might be prepared to sell at the date of the guide price. But guide prices may change. The last published guide price will normally be at or above any reserve price, but not always - as the seller may fix the final reserve price just before the bidding commences. Legal Documents By clicking on ‘Legal Documents’ within a property listing you will be redirected to a page with a list of auction properties. Click on the property you are interested in and you will be able to view extra information including the brochure and location map. The ‘Download Legal Documents’ link will take you to our Auction Passport site where all of the legal documents are held. You will need to sign up to access these documents. Register to Bid Online Bidding online is easy, to register you will need to follow these simple steps: 1. Click on the Online Bidding Registration button below to download an Online Bidder Registration form 2. Complete this form and return it to us with you ID… 3. Provide 2 forms of ID to allow you to register to bid (see Notice for ID requirements) 4. You will be emailed your log-in details as soon as you are registered on the system (this can take up to 48 hours) Once you have completed this you are good to go! Bidding 1.
