As happens every year, the feeling of holidays around the corner is surprising and exciting. It’s important to stay active and engaged as the seasons change. You won’t be disappointed in this issue’s selection of classes, trips and events to help you do just that. Our Fall Focus On series is all about the spine and the importance of understanding how it interacts with muscles and ligaments to keep you moving. There is something for everyone with our On The Go destinations, whether you feel like Christmas shopping and seeing a show or planning for a relaxing trip on the waters between Chicago and Canada for next Spring.
