Liquid Logic FAQs and reminders • Parental experience of the portal is different to yours as a professional. It is the parent who can log in and track progress of their application and view any letters/documents issued via their portal. Professionals are able to submit new applications and view any submitted applications for up to 30 days afterwards. Remember to download a PDF copy of this if you wish to retain it beyond this period. • Eventually you will be set up to use the delegation portal which is where we will be able to send you tasks to complete and return to us, such as report requests and consultations, but we are not yet at this stage. We will communicate to you when we are at this point. • Please remember when you register with the portal to tick the box that says are you a professional – this prevents any issues in verifying your application when it reaches us. • A reminder that you can attach up to 20 documents to an application per log-in session so if you need to do more than this, please save your application, log out and log in again to continue attaching more documents. • A reminder that you should submit one of the setting applications and attach parental consent and the signed medical questionnaire to this application.
