 bar area or sit down lunch or dinners for up to 250
           guests in our main dining room.

                                             On the right hand side of our main
                                            island bar, bi-fold doors open up to
                                                 a small balcony with views
                                                   overlooking the ocean.

                                               This function area has its own
                                                   separate bar and can
                                              accommodate up to 40 guests.

        BEACHFRONT VIEW
  Located directly in front of the
 main island bar with bi-fold doors
opening up to sweeping ocean views.

This area also has its own separate
   bar accommodating up to 60
              guests.

                                            BALCONY AND BEACHFRONT VIEW
                                                 The combined balcony and
                                                beachfront areas provide a
                                             spectacular space, for up to 120
                                                         guests.
