Do I pay R10-R12K every year?
- No. You pay the setup fee once. You then pay for the Domain, Hosting & SSL each year.
There must be a catch; what are the hidden costs?
- There a no hidden costs. For services that require upgrade or pay-as-you use (e.g. Virtual Landline &
SMS) you will get prompted before you pay for anything ‘extra’.
How can I trust that your solution is reliable?
- We are currently hosting more than 150 clients on servers that have 99% uptime.
What happens after I place an order?
- After we receive the full payment, our team sets up the techBOX and contacts you to request for
information and help you configure all other integrations following our standard process. If our
process is followed as prescribed, we can have everything done is less than 14 working days!
How do I request for a refund?
- We do not offer refunds. Make sure you read our terms and conditions before placing an order
Do you provide training for free?
- We provide free training on discretion. Check our online schedule. We also have 100s of hours of
recorded DIY videos that will help you get answers online.
