Easter Sunday April 4, 2021 My brothers and sisters in Christ, PLEASE PRAY FOR . . . Palm Sunday was a great celebration. It lacked certain customs Jane, Fran, Joe, Oscar, Fatima, Tim, Carol, Evelyn, Eric, Jackie, that have become standard practice in recent years. Domingo de Pascua 4 de Abril 2021 Queridos hermanos y hermanas: Feliz Pascua! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes unas palabras que el Papa Benedicto dijo un tiempo atrás: “Queridos hermanos y hermanas, durante estos días especiales guiemos nuestras vidas definitivamente hacia una adhesión completa y decisiva a los designios de nuestro Padre celestial; renovemos nuestro "sí" a la voluntad Feliz Pascua divina como lo hizo Jesús con su sacrificio en la cruz. Los ritos sugeridos para el Jueves Santo y el Viernes Santo, el rico silencio de oración del Sábado Santo y la solemne vigilia pascual nos brindan la oportunidad de profundizar los sentimientos y los valores de nuestra vocación cristiana desatados por el misterio pascual y fortalecerlo fielmente. Seguir a Cristo en todas las circunstancias, tal como lo hizo, incluso hasta el punto de renunciar a nuestra propia existencia. Recordar los misterios de Cristo tambiénsignifica una adhesión voluntaria y completa a la historia de hoy, convencidos de que lo que celebramos, es una realidad.
