All the services we provide begin with an Interior Design Consultation. From there we offer packages that suit a variety of budgets and level of desired service. We craft, curate and create homes that our clients love. This is a 90-minute collaborative in-home, walk & talk consultation. During our visit, we tour rooms you find challenging or areas you are considering renovating. The main objective of this meeting is to develop a clear understanding of the project and the design solutions you are seeking. In addition to identifying the design mandates, we will review your lifestyle needs and discuss your vision, budget and timeline. If you wish to move forward with RHILLC, we will provide you with a Letter of Agreement and review our Design Process. If this is a project you will work on independently (Do-It-Yourself), our consultation will provide you with ideas and we will help you brainstorm solutions. The fee of $275 is paid upon appointment confirmation and is not included in the fees below.
Complete and Comprehensive Design, Project Management, Procurement and Styling This is the highest level of service and design detail we provide. We follow our signature 15-Step Design Deliverance Process and the results are extraordinary. Clients benefit from our extensive trade resources and our relationships with artisans, cabinetmakers and craftspeople. Design fees are off-set by the trade discounts that are shared on furnishings and accessories. A minimum retainer of $3400 is collected and applied toward your final invoice(s). A flat fee is an option for large renovations. Let’s design something beautiful!

Space Planning & Sourced Furniture A client once referred to this service as the design equivalent of “paint by numbers.” We create the design and provide you with everything you need to implement it as your time and budget allow. • Concept drawings with 2 (two) options for layout • Written scope of work and a list of the next steps • Inspirational photos • Recommended paint & trim colors • Sourcing of all items from retailers and online suppliers so you can purchase items independently • Key accessory concepts and styling tips • RHILLC reference guides and project organization worksheets • Presentation meeting & one (1) round of revisions Prices begin at $2200 and are based on the size of the space and specified requirements. A deposit of 75% is required with the balance due upon presentation.
Space Planning & Layout Design Our goal is to ensure you avoid common and costly mistakes. Our Written Action Plan is a wonderful tool to properly create a strong foundation for your project. The plan includes the following: • Concept drawings with 2 (two) options for layout • Written scope of work • List of the next steps • Inspirational photos • 1 hour online presentation meeting & 1 (one) round of revisions Prices begin at $1350 and are based on the size of the space and specified requirements. Payment in full is required.
Did you know that 40% of all paint purchases are made to correct previous color mistakes? Since we are frequently hired to help clients correct prior color mistakes, we consider our Paint Color Consultations with an educated, knowledgeable color expert an affordable insurance plan. Selecting the right paint color requires thorough knowledge of the color wheel, pigment, light and undertones. Our ‘ugly color prevention’ is one way to make sure the paint colors you select will help you achieve the look you want. This one-time session prevents costly and time-consuming mistakes. In addition to standard paint decks, we also bring over 100 large 11 x 14” hand- painted boards allowing us to see first-hand how paint will reflect and absorb surrounding light and color. Consultation fees vary based upon the number of paint colors needed ($275+).
Art and accessories (including pillows, rugs, lamps, table top accessories, books and accent furniture) will be purchased on your behalf. After procurement of all accessories and accent furniture (2-5 weeks), an installation is scheduled. The products are delivered, installed and styled in one day. This service is billed at our prevailing hourly rate with a retainer of $1600 collected plus the estimated cost of art, accessories and accent furniture (a minimum of $1500 per room). General Information We are open Mondays-Fridays but our schedule varies based on project site visits and contractor & client meetings. The office is closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
