All expenditure within the learner’s household must be recorded. MINIMUM CRITERIA TO QUALIFY FOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE RUTA SECHABA SCHOLARSHIP 1. Applications for scholarships are considered by Capitec, the executive head and general manager of the participating school with recommendations submitted to the scholarship approval All applicants are required to complete an application form and submit all the required information committee. in order to be considered eligible to receive a scholarship. 2. All scholarships are awarded on an annual basis and all awarded scholarships are reviewed Applications open on 1 July 2019 and close at 17:00 on 2 August 2019.
