ROYAL ADELAIDE SHOW FPV DRONE RACING Prize Schedule | Competition Information 31 August - 9 September 2018 | theshow.com.au
IMPORTANT INFORMATION The Royal Adelaide Show (RA&HS) in association with the Model Aeronautical Association of Australia (MAAA) and associated clubs, presents Drone racing to be run within the main show ground arena. Unlike other Australian drone races the RA&HS show will be held in front of a potential audience of up to 10,000 members of the public per night. While prize money is available, the RA&HS’s primary motivation is to entertain and educate the public in Drone racing and encourage the growth of the sport in Australia. Last year Drone racing at the Royal Adelaide Show was exciting and visually spectacular and 2018 is lining up to be even more spectacular and exciting for both pilots and the audience The Royal Adelaide Show would like to thank MAAA and Adelaide FPV Racing club who have provided access to their intellectual property / CASA approval process experience and running of Adelaide drone racing events allowing these events to be a reality.
