Founded November 30, 1971 Greetings: Hello to all and welcome to Samhradh (Summer in Scottish Gaelic at https://glosbe.com/en/gd/Summer )! Though the calendar ST. AINDREA says it has yet to arrive – the temperatures indicate otherwise. Tartan Day is a distant memory, our Celtic Pot-luck nourished the souls of over 50 Members and their Guests. Past Programs and Meetings: Our program for the evening traced the Historical Evolution of the Weap- ons of the Scots. This expansion focuses on the early history of Scotland from the time of 3000 BC - late 1500's. Historical figures like William Wallace and Robert de Bruce have been added to the experience. Improvements have been made to our Mary Queen of Scots display and the Stewart Dynasty. The Scottish Tartans Museum is the only organization in North America dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Highland Culture & Dress.
