Connecting the World An Opportunity to travel to The West Africa Project Monrovia, Liberia in Fair is endorsed by Rotary’s October 2019 to attend the Reach Out to Africa 14th Annual West Africa Committee (ROTA), who is Project Fair, and engage trying to generate greater in a hands-on work connectivity between the project. African and North American Rotarians to generate greater support of the projects of Africa.
