of Freshwater Production Studios (“FPS”) is seeking a
party to partner with FPS to establish FPS as Northern

Offering
Guidelines
FPS has initiated a two-stage open market process
consisting of a Request for Expressions of Interest
(RFI) followed by a Request for Proposals (RFP).
FPS has engaged CION to represent them in the
RFI and RFP process. Interested parties are asked
to contact CION as set out in this RFI to discuss
their interest and the appropriate RFP model to fit
the potential Proponent’s interest.
Prequalified Proponents will be invited to apply via
an online portal. There is a small application fee
due prior to receiving the RFP and Background
documents.
The RFP will require a submission detailing and/
or responding to various aspects of the financial
and business plan, and other materials related to
