our Equipment 3, 5 & 7 Axis Greco Component Sprayer Our 3 axis machine can cut a wide array of sheet material from metal to foam. With This Machine creates layers of a spray coating onto an object which encapsulates the 3 axis we can create 2d drawing, the machine then follows the vectors lines, the object increasing the strength, structure and protection of the object. cutting the shapes into the material. This machine is mainly for our joinery. The machine can also spray objects using Polyurethane or Polyurea. Polyurethane The 5 axis machine is a very robust and low maintenance machine. We import 3D is a liquid hard coat that creates rigid layers onto the object and is Class 1 fire CAD geometry files into the 5 axis to produce the object. It can cut polystyrene rated. Polyurea is also a liquid hard coat but the result is a more flexible and less foam and some harder foams with its exclusive hotwire, which is integrated into rigid coating which will allow flex in the finished product. However, is not fire rated. the frame for roughing large blocks without generating chip. The 5 axis is limited to what figures it can cut compared to our 7 axis robot. Additionally, we can do a 50/50 layering system which of Polyurea and Polyurethane to combine the benefits of both sprays. The 7 axis robot which is manufactured by Kuka, is all 3 three machines in one. It can be used for milling and modelling with its four interpolated axes, and as a The spray is non solvent so it can be applied to any material including polystyrene standard 3-axis milling machine and hot wire cutter. The robotic arm is much like to create more organic objects into a hardened object. our 5 axis but better. It can work on larger objects and a wider array of materials for example polyurethane foam which is fire resistant. The robot also allows us to produce more complex geometry objects with under cuts and has wider array of cutting bits. It also has a much shorter production time than the 5 axis. Rota Caster Spray Bakes Provides high quality, repeatable, efficient hollow 3D casting that’s considerably With six Spray booths, we are able to prime, topcoat and hardcoat onto nearly faster and far less labor-intensive than laying up by hand or slush casting? every surface. Rotacasters have become one of the most cost-effective tools for the props and The booths have a combined footprint of 130 square metres and exchange their prototyping industries, saving production time, materials and the labor costs of entire volume of air every 2 minutes. This allows us to coat any materials such as highly skilled personnel. Fibreglass, MDF, plywood, natural timbers, metals, acrylics, tooling boards and many other materials. Two of the four booths can be heated to approx. 60 degree An Evolution Rotacaster can make a real difference when it comes to tight timelines. Celsius to accelerate curing times
