PRIVATE BOX PACKAGES We have three packages to choose from, and optional bar arrangements for your consideration, outlined below. • Private space with own balcony • Entrance badge offering full access to the County Stand • Complimentary race-card on entry to the course • 1 car park label per 2 guests • Morning tea, coffee and biscuits • Lunch • Afternoon tea • York race-day television • Private bar • Your own dedicated service staff • Orchid table centrepieces, linen table cloths • Reserved access to betting and restroom facilities Drinks are an additional cost

All guests must dine from the same choice menu, i.e. same starter, main and dessert, unless a dietary intolerance or allergy means this is unsuitable.
BAR ARRANGEMENTS Pay-as-you-go We offer a private bar stocked with wines, bottled beers, mainline spirits and mixers as standard, whereby guests purchase their drinks via card payment on the day. (No further cost to you at booking stage). Account Guests are served without request for payment. Orders are accumulated on the day and an invoice for the consumption (minus the deposit) is raised for payment post-event. We require a deposit for each guest to open the account, as an estimated cost. Should the final bill reflect an amount lower than initially paid as the deposit, you will receive a refund for the difference.

Drinks packages close 30 minutes after the start of the last race. Product list is a sample only, and is subject to change.

We will allocate the best box available for you, depending on your party size.
The price per person will remain the same regardless of the location.

We do also have larger sized boxes and private suites,

guests although these are limited. We would need to know
your estimated party size to put together a quotation.
We require minimum numbers for our box packages as they are charged per person.
We also advise on maximum capacity when all guests would need to be seated
at once, i.e. when opting for a plated meal. Where a buffet lunch is selected, the
box will be configured with casual seating as standard, meaning this maximum
number may be exceeded slightly.
