Elopements and Half Day Weddings::
There is a lot of gray area between these two categories. Elopements are usually the bride and groom and
maybe a few close family and friends. Half Day weddings are regular weddings… in half the time.
Elopement - $900
• De ned: Couple + up to 20 or so friends/family*
• Coverage Time: up to 4 hours
• Receive edited photos on memory stick/digital download
• Travel expense for locations 30 miles outside of photographer’s home
Elopement Destination - $1700
• De ned: Couple + up to 20 or so friends/family* - The destination is anywhere in the White Mountains of
New Hampshire or the coastal region or Mountain region of Maine, Mountain region of Vermont or
anywhere in Massachusetts.
I have a vast knowledge of these areas and we can go to several scenic locations to some epic photos.

Half Day Wedding - $900
• De ned: Couple + 20 or more or so friends/family*
• Coverage Time: up to 4 hours
• Receive edited photos on memory stick/digital download
• If additional time is needed after 4 hours, an additional $250 per hour is required.
• Travel expense for locations 30 miles outside of photographer’s home
Note: *Photographer gets to de nite what “or so” means

OFFERS, PAYMENT PLANS and
DISCOUNTS
Payment Breakdown: Half is due up front to secure the
wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before
the wedding date.
A 5% discount is also available to members of the armed
forces, teachers, and other civil servants (police, re ghters,
etc).
Signi cant discounts are also available to those that want to
pay early. If you would like to pay the entire balance all up
front, there is a 15% discount to any package!*
*15% is not available if your wedding date is within 60 days of your request for a photographer. Also, this does not
stack with other discounts.
About the Photography Process and
Marc Sadowski
I have a very candid approach to wedding photography. I stay
back and capture the moments as they happen. And when it's
time to do portraits, I try to make them as fun and as quick as
possible. And then it's back to capturing the fun moments of your
reception.It's that simple.
• I devote 100% to your wedding day.
• YOUR wedding is the ONLY wedding I photograph that day.
• Non-obtrusive - I don't use huge equipment with massive lights,
and crazy equipment. It's photo journalistic photography at it's
simplest and nest.
I do all of the photo editing. I do not outsource an outside service
to handle my photography. I work on the photos from start to
nish! Again, you deserve nothing less!

FAQs
Here are the most common questions asked about my wedding photography
services as well as my engagement and portrait photography. If your
questions are not answered, please contact me directly at 978.476.1593 or

COVID FAQS::
Are you still open during COVID? Yes. Currently I am only booking weddings
in New England and I am not traveling outside these New England States. I
want to remain close to my family and avoid any unnecessary risks at this
time.
What approach are you taking to remaining safe? As of this time, I wear a
mask and hat and remain covered during any indoor portion and outdoor
portion of celebration. I wash my hands in hand sanitizer frequently during the
event. I am following state mandates and more. I have also received my
vaccines against Covid 19, the Flu and Nickelback.
Have you been tested for COVID? As of today I have taken 12 tests and my
tests came back negative.
Have you received the COVID-19 vaccine yet? As of 4/5/21 I am fully
vaccinated.
What if things change and my wedding day needs to be postponed? I will
work with you to nd a new wedding date. I am exible during this time of
crisis.

GENERAL FAQS::
Does my wedding need a second photographer? That all depends. 90% of
the weddings I photograph are solo. That being said, here are the key
moments where a second photographer comes in handy.
1. Getting Ready in Separate Locations: If your wedding party is getting
ready in two very di erent locations that are pretty far apart, then having

a second photographer is important for maximum coverage
2. Second set of eyes: There are moments in the day where the bride and
groom will head o for portraits. The second photographer can stay with
the guests to cover cocktail hour, dancing and more.
Are you insured? Yes, I am insured. If your wedding reception hall needs
proof of insurance, please let me know and I can send them the necessary
documents directly to the coordinator's o ce.
Where do you photograph? I photograph primarily in the New England
states. But I am available to travel further.
Do you travel? Yes! While I regularly photograph all over New England and I
am available nationwide.
Do you charge for travel? Only in certain circumstances. If the wedding if far
enough away from Haverhill MA (my home base), then I may charge for gas
and/or the cost of a hotel room stay. Nothing more.
Tell me something cool. I am happy to say that over the course of my
photography career, I did the following pop-culture weddings: Star Wars, Star
Trek, Harry Potter, Ghostbusters, Marvel Themed, Pride and Prejudice (yes,
that counts, Colin Firth rocks), and Game of Thrones... minus the red wedding.
WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY FAQS::
Do you o er discounts? I o er military discounts as well as discounts to
teachers and those that service in local services (police, re ghter, rescue,
etc).
What happens if you get struck by lightning? If that happens then by comic
book rules, I get sweet, super powers. But in the real world (or the DC
cinematic universe) then that means something dreadful has happened to me.
Fear not, I have photography colleagues that can jump in and save the day!
Do you do Videography? If you would like a photography/video package,
please contact me. I have a team of videographers that I regularly work with.

ELOPEMENT/HALF DAY PHOTOGRAPHY FAQS::
Why do you charge so much for elopements, I only need you for a few
hours? Here’s the thing, when you hire me, I give you 100% and want to make
your wedding day beautiful and memorable. It takes a lot of work to make your
ceremony - whether it’s a full wedding or a day with only a few people -
timeless.
I can get my sister to shoot it on the iPhone for free. That’s ne. If that’s the
quality you want, go for it. No one is stopping you. But do you want your
family and friends working on your big day or enjoying it with you?
ENGAGEMENT / PORTRAIT FAQ::
What should we wear? What should we bring? I try to keep the engagement
sessions candid and fun. Dress however you want that best re ects who you
are. If you want to bring props, then that's all good. We'll have fun.

Can we bring our dog? You can. However, if you have an excitable or very
active dog, please take time before the engagement session to let some
energy out. That way, they are not too hyper for photos.
Can we bring our cat? Sure, why not.
Really? Hey, if your cat will cooperate on a location, then I want to be the one
to photograph it. Seriously, I've had weirder requests. I had a horse in a family
portrait session that gave me the raspberry.
Are you just fooling us? Think about it this way, I created its own FAQ
question and answer.
Is there an animal that you won't photograph? Lizards and sh. I don't trust
them.
Anything else we should know? Look, here’s the deal. I’m just impressed
that you actually read this far down. Most people just ip to the price tag and
then delete this PDF, then reach out to me asking for my pricing again like I’m
holding something back.
