The Challenge Gold Coast mall had been struggling to manage different rental models with their mall tenants primarily due to the constraints of their current POS. With the added difficulty of also not being able to manage high volume sales transactions and provide daily / monthly reporting on the performance of the business. They needed a POS system that could synchronise perfectly with their accounting data and in their case it is SAP Business One. Another challenge that they were facing was the inability to create different loyalty programs to encourage repeat sales.
