The Challenge
Gold Coast mall had been struggling to manage different rental models with their mall tenants primarily due to the constraints of their current POS.
With the added difficulty of also not being able to manage high volume sales transactions and provide daily / monthly reporting on the performance
of the business. They needed a POS system that could synchronise perfectly with their accounting data and in their case it is SAP Business One.
Another challenge that they were facing was the inability to create different loyalty programs to encourage repeat sales.
We needed a POS software that is versatile and stable enough to handle high
volume of transactions and at the same time allow us to maintain different

The Results
iVend Retail provided Gold Coast mall with a modern, integrated omnichannel system to efficiently run and manage their entire retail operations.
The promotions and loyalty functions enable them to engage customers and run common promotions across all channels therefore boosting sales.
Gold Coast mall launched a member loyalty program, wherein for every $100 spent, the customer receives 100 points and $1 cash back which is
automated and fully managed by iVend Retail. Customers are able to view their cash back and rewards through a loyalty mobile application.
With accurate daily and monthly sales and revenue reports the management at Gold Coast mall is now able to maintain different rental models with
its tenants; some on a revenue share model while others on fixed monthly rentals.
