Master of Science in International Human Resource Management Meets CIPD Advanced Level 7 Diploma requirements Cutting edge HR professional education Delivered by UK academics, practitioners and consultants in Moscow
Programme Overview • Multinational context and comprehensive IHRM coverage • Two-year part-time programme (18 months) • 6 x 30 credit modules (meet CIPD requirements) • 9 teaching blocks in Moscow + International week in London • Each teaching block – 5 days, including 1 ‘HR Trends’ day • Strong links with CIPD since 1985 • Support from the British Ambassador to Russia • IHRM programme in Russia since 2011 (8 cohorts), but over 20 years of co-operation with RANEPA (E/MBA)

Who are the lecturers? • KBS academics with substantial experience running CIPD and other PG courses and extensive research experience • Highly experienced HR practitioners, consultants and coaches

What are the entry requirements? • BA or BSc from UK or an equivalent qualification from an international Higher Education provider • Motivation, ability and interest in studying International HRM at postgraduate level • At least 4 years HR and/or line manager experience • Good command of spoken and written English (evidence required)
How do I apply? Step 1. Apply to RANEPA and present: 1. Diploma, translated into English 2. Motivation Letter 3. CV 4. IELTS /TOEFL certificate/RANEPA English Test. 5. Reference letter • Interview with RANEPA. Step 2. If application is accepted by RANEPA, apply online at Kingston University and present the same set of documents electronically. • Interview with Kingston University.
How do I pay to Kingston? • The Kingston fee is GBP 7200. • Is paid directly to Kingston in GBP (does not include the trip to London, CIPD Memebership fee) Payment plans: • Payment of 100% fees upfront attracts a 10% discount; • Payment in instalments: Yr 1 GBP 3600, Yr 2 GBP 3600; • For each year, GBP 1800 in September 2019 (2020) and then 6 monthly instalments of GBP 300 (October-2019 (2020) – March 2020 (2021). • scholarships will be offered on competitive basis (£1,500)
How do I pay to RANEPA? • The RANEPA fee is RUR 520 000. Full fee in advance attracts a 10% discount. • Is paid in RUR to RANEPA, and you can get НДФЛ deduction from this part. • Payment plans: • Half of the fee (RUR 260 000) is paid Yr 1 and the other half (RUR 260 000) in Yr 2; • For each year, RUR 130 0000 to be paid on enrolment but not later than September 2019 (2020) and then RUR 130 000 in December 2019 (2020) • scholarships will be offered on competitive basis (RUR 104 000)
