The holder of the first ticket drawn will win a prize, hereafter referred to as the “Grand Prize” valued at
$500,000 including taxes that is composed of the following: the house, furniture, all appliances, decorations,

outside furniture and a $100,000 cheque for the lot. Notary fees, the certificate of location, the layout plans,

the construction permit, municipal and school taxes, and mutation fees are the winner’s responsibility.

The first winner will have to choose between this “Grand Prize” or the sum of $400,000 in cash. The winner

must confirm his decision to Operation Enfant Soleil, in writing, no later than August 20, 2022. If the winner

chooses the prize in money, the sum of $400,000 will be given to him no later than 60 calendar days

following the receipt by Opération Enfant Soleil of the said confirmation.

The holder of the second ticket drawn will win a prize, hereafter called the “Car Prize”, namely a white
2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L SUV with all-wheel drive and automatic transmission valued at $78,000

including taxes, preparation and transportation. Any additional options are at the winner’s expense, along

with vehicle registration, insurance, gasoline and maintenance.

Secondary Prizes

After the “Grand Prize” and the “Car Prize”    48 secondary prizes will be drawn and each winner will receive
a prize in the following order:

  1.   The holder of the third ticket drawn will receive a Solstice S620 spa from Club Piscine Super Fitness,
       worth $9,500.

 2. The next 5 winners will each receive a $500 gift card redeemable at RONA or Reno-Depot.

  3. The next 10 winners will each receive a $200 gift card redeemable at IKEA.

 4. The next 2 winners will each receive a $1,000 cheque from RE/MAX.

 5. The next 8 winners will each receive a $250 gift card redeemable at Familiprix.

  6. The next 8 winners will each receive a $250 gift card redeemable at Opto-Réseau.

  7. The next 10 winners will each receive a $200 gift card redeemable at Chaussures Pop.

  8. The last 4 winners will each receive a $500 gift card redeemable at Toujours Mikes restaurants.

These prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-substitutable and have no cash value. Gift cards

must be redeemed at the above-named stores in accordance with the applicable terms written on the gift

cards of the issuer.

Prize Draws and Claims

The draws will take place under the supervision of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton on       July 21, 2022, at
Bonneville Industries located at 601 de l’Industrie Street, Belœil, Quebec - J3G 0S5. The “Grand Prize” and

the “Car Prize” draws will take place between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. live during the Salut Bonjour program

on TVA. The draw for the forty-eight secondary prizes will be recorded and posted the same day on

Opération Enfant Soleil’s Facebook page. All winners will be notified by telephone within forty-eight hours

and unveiled on the website www.maisonenfantsoleil.ca, in the Journal de Québec, in the Journal de

Montréal and on Opération Enfant Soleil’s Facebook page.

A total of 469,300 tickets will be available. The 465,000 tickets sold at a cost of $12 for a chance to win are

numbered from 000 001 to 465 000. The 4,300 tickets sold at a cost of $100 for 15 chances to win are

numbered from 465 001 to 469 300 and will be available online only. Rights for the distribution and sale of

every tickets for the draw are limited to individuals authorized by Opération Enfant Soleil.

To enter, you must be 18 years of age and over, and to purchase a ticket online, you must live in the territory

of the province of Quebec. Opération Enfant Soleil employees and people living in their household cannot

enter the draw.

Winners must claim their prizes by presenting their winning ticket and confirming their identity with two (2)

pieces of identification by August 20, 2022, at Opération Enfant Soleil’s head office located at 450 St-

Jean-Baptiste Avenue, Office 10, Québec City, Quebec - G2E 6H5 (phone: 1-877-683-2325). If any prize

goes unclaimed, Opération Enfant Soleil will carry out a second draw on August 22, 2022, in the same order

as the original draw. The winners of this second draw, if it takes place, will be notified by telephone by the

end of the day. They must claim their prizes at Opération Enfant Soleil’s head office located at 450 St-Jean-

Baptiste Avenue, Office 10, Québec City, Quebec - G2E 6H5 (phone: 1-877-683-2325).

The winners agree, if required and without remuneration, that their name, photo, city of residence and / or

any declaration related to obtaining the prize, be used for advertising purposes relating to this draw.

Any dispute will be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux which will render a final

decision.
