INTERESTED IN A NATIONAL PAVILION? This opportunity is open to any PIARC country member in good standing who may wish to establish a unique presence in our National Pavilion Exhibition Hall. We will create a custom-built exhibition hall that will house a select number of National Pavilions. Each National Pavilion will be created with direct input and in consultation with our platform designers. Your Pavilion will reflect your country brand and provide you with the opportunity to include exhibitors in their own kiosk linked within your virtual footprint. By clicking on your custom National Pavilion, delegates will have access to your own branded kiosk and the selection of linked exhibitor kiosks from your country. The National Pavilion cost will include: • A Pavilion built to your specifications in consultation with our platform designers and one linked kiosk • A select number of free registrations for your Pavilion as indicated • The opportunity to accommodate linked kiosks (exhibitors) at no additional charge. Your fee includes the number of indicated linked kiosks (below). See packages below on the cost to expand the number of linked kiosks • All linked kiosks will have their own branding • All Partner Pavilion linked kiosks will have full networking and display benefits: the ability to post videos, PDF or other promotional materials, communicate with delegates 1:1 via chat or set up a video conference, establish office hours, visitor analytics and much more. TERMS AND CONDITIONS I am authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of the above organization, and I agree to comply with the following terms: Cancellation If an event, including but not limited to, force majeure; acts, regulations, or orders of governmental authorities; fire, flood, explosion, disaster, hurricane, tornado, civil disorder (including labour disputes or demonstrations of any kind); acts of terrorism or other violence; curtailment of transportation facilities, or other emergencies, that make it impossible, illegal or otherwise inadvisable for the XVI World Winter Service and Road Resilience Congress to host all or in part its virtual Conference, this agreement shall terminate without further obligation on the part of any party hereto. In the event of a cancellation, postponement or disruption of the Conference for any cause beyond the organizers’ control, the organizers shall have no obligation whatsoever to the Partner (Exhibitor or Sponsor). To the extent that any Partner benefits have not been entirely or partially received at the date of such termination, the Partner is entitled to obtain a partial refund as reasonably calculated by the organizers (less any and all legitimate expenses incurred by the organizers for initial administration fees, design work, etc.) The Partner hereby waives any and all claims against the organizers for damages or compensation due to the cancellation or postponement of the Conference pursuant to this paragraph. Benefit Fulfillment The Partner understands that the selected Partner level benefits can only be satisfied if the Partner provides all documents, files and registrations required by the associated deadlines. In failing to provide materials and/or not completing the assigned tasks by the deadlines, the organizers cannot be held responsible, nor will they issue a refund in whole or in part for failure to meet, complete or comply with the requirements. Registrations - information and priority codes will be provided to complete the registration process. All terms and conditions related to registration (cancellation or substitution) will apply for each complimentary registration. See Registration for related terms and conditions. All Partners will have the opportunity to have a Partner Kiosk in the Partner Pavilion Exhibition Hall. Each Partner who builds a kiosk will agree to post their office hours in relation to daily scheduled “Exhibition” hours. Partners agree to participate in at least one “Exhibition” session in AM or PM or both per day to accommodate time zones. Payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, EFT or cheque is accepted.
