success and Lewis takes pride in helping members
achieve this.

This and training for her PT qualification has cemented
Julia’s decision to continue on her sporting journey.
Julia love’s the impact that a client’s progression has on
her and them; to see a client grow stronger and take
charge of their wellbeing is her greatest joy and this has
given Julia the motivation to help people whatever their
goals.

reflected in her coaching. Natasha pride’s herself on
providing the passion and drive to motivate and inspire
members to achieve their specific goals.
Natasha has discovered the amazing benefits and
results that resistance training can bring, not only in
sculpting and toning the body but also the
cardiovascular benefits, which have resulted in
sustained weight loss. Five years ago Natasha took part
in her first fitness model competition and five trophies
later has never looked back!

Laura believes in an all-round approach to her

obstacles, Laura decided to further her skills with Life
Coaching and Nutritional Coaching enhancing
empathy with clients. Laura enjoys challenging the
body utilising body weight and balance to improve all
over confidence and performance. Designing programs

per each individual’s goals and needs.

competing to coaching in various sports.

balance, he was drawn to the art of Pilates. By understanding
injury prevention and rehabilitation benefits, as well the
strengthening and sculpting benefits, Hamid can help improve
posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as
relieve stress and tension. Hamid believes that training should be
fun, progressive and tailored to your lifestyle and goals.

Amanda has worked in the leisure industry for over 20
years. After a stay in hospital in 2016, Amanda had to
learn to walk again. Personal injury and illness has
highlighted how beneficial exercise can be when
prescribed for recovery. Amanda has tailored her
knowledge and qualifications towards specialising in
rehabilitation.
