PARKSIDE PRE-K ENRICHMENT COURSES
Join us for a month-to-month Kindergarten readiness
program, designed for 4 and 5-year-old children going into
kindergarten for the 2022-2023 school year. Note: Must turn 4
by 8/31/2022. Ms Vicky and Miss Ali have many years as early
childhood education instructors. The Parkside classroom at
Crossroads is full of learning activities and opportunities for
growth, both academically and socially. We look forward to
making Parkside Pre-K a warm and welcoming environment
for every preschooler! Each child must be fully toilet trained
and turn 4 by 8/31/2022.

NEW FRIENDS
Let’s make new friends and learn all about Parkside
preschool! This popular class will gently help your 4-5-year-
old child prepare for Kindergarten next year while learning
early math, pre-reading and writing. Art, singing, circle time,
taking turns and sharing, along with structured games and
activities are a few of the things we will cover. Children must
be 4 years old and fully toilet trained.

FALL FUN
What happens in the fall? Apples, trees, pumpkins, leaves,
it’s about all the exciting seasonal changes. Children will
participate in reading, writing, math, sharing with others,
fine and gross motor skills; cutting with blunt-tipped
scissors, drawing, painting, gluing, putting together jigsaw
puzzles and fun activities to learn all about the changes
during fall. Children must be 4 years old and fully toilet
trained. No class Oct 14

HIBERNATION SENSATION
Keep cozy warm in our beautiful Parkside classroom
while making new friends and learning about hibernation,
manners, being thankful during this magical season. Learn
what animals do in the winter when it’s cold outside, what
they eat and where they sleep with reading, writing, math,
arts, and crafts. Children must be 4 years old and fully toilet
trained. No class Nov 11, 21-25 & Dec 19-30

WINTER WONDERLAND
BRR—It’s cold outside! Let’s enjoy winter fun and learn
about snow, ice, polar animals and so much more. This
popular class will help your 4-5-year-old child prepare for
Kindergarten next year. Learn early math, science, and
language skills along with arts and crafts and free play.
A dash of glitter, a few sparkles make this class magical.
Children must be 4 years old and fully toilet trained. No

SPRING FUN
Hooray, it’s Spring! New beginnings and sounds can be
heard as fresh buds bloom and birds begin to emerge.
Join us as we explore our Spring Season and how a garden
grows. Play in the park, learn all about baby animals,
weather and all spring brings. Children will play in the park
and picnic their way into summer. Kindergarten readiness is
a focus in this class! Children must be 4 years old and fully
toilet trained. No class March 17

KIDS WORLD
It’s a big, beautiful world out there so come and join us as
we explore plants, insects, butterflies, our earth and the
great oceans, what is “under Da Sea”? Water play, paints,
glitter, glue, wiggly eyes, bring your sea creatures to life.
This popular class will help your 4-5 year old’s prepare for
kindergarten and learn early math, science, and language
skills with crafts and play. Children must be 4 years old and
fully toilet trained. No class April 10-21 & May 29
