RULES and REGULATIONS:

All Entries must be completed online at https://v2.showday.online/show/dayboro

Online entries close WEDNESDAY 30th JUNE. To reduce your waiting time when dropping off
entries. Those without internet access will be assisted to enter online at the Showground
Pavilion.

NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED

READ YOUR SCHEDULE CAREFULLY. There are numerous changes to align with COVID-
19 requirements and our QLD AgShows Covid Safe Plan.

      Stewards will be at the Showground Pavilion to accept physical exhibits on Thursday
       1st July 2021 ONLY, between 4.00pm and 8.00pm.
      Prizes & prize money must be collected from Treasurer’s Office any time after 10am
       Saturday 3rd July 2021. Prizes & prize money not collected by 5.00pm on Sunday 4th
       July, 2021 will be forfeited to the Show Society.
      Due to Covid requirements, entries MUST be received in a sealed container and
       entries WILL NOT be available for collection post show, with all exhibits to be
       destroyed.
      DISPOSABLE containers/boxes preferred. Non-disposable containers will ONLY be
       available for collection on Sunday 4th July between 4pm - 5pm.
      Entries will NOT be accepted if not in a sealed container.
      Limit of TWO (2) entries per class.
      Points for the Highest Aggregate will be awarded as follows: 1st = 3 points, 2nd = 2
       points, 3rd = 1 point.
      Where there are less than THREE (3) exhibits in any class only one (1) prize will be
       awarded.
      ALL exhibits must be homemade.
      It is the judge’s decision as to whether prizes are awarded in a section or a class. All
       exhibitors MUST abide by the judge’s decision. No results will be given over the
       phone.

ENTRY FEE:          $1.00 unless otherwise stated.

PRIZE MONEY:         First $5, Second $3, Third $1 unless otherwise stated.
                     Trophies or prizes may be substituted for prize money.

Trophy for Highest Aggregate Points for Classes 203 - 226.

Scale of Points: 1st - 3 points, 2nd - 2 points, 3rd - 1 point.

Due to changes within the Cookery Section for 2021, we will not be holding a Decorated
Cake Section.
